Dear friends,
It is my sincere belief that the forced imposition of an international “peace deal” between the Palestinians and Israel (by outside forces) is the marker for the beginning of the last 7 years of earth’s history!!!! Otherwise known as the “70th Week of Daniel”!
This is very serious. Please, if you don’t take me seriously that’s OK. Just watch carefully with your own eyes. It would be as if the weather service put out a watch for something. It is never guaranteed, but you trust that it could be “likely”. The percentage of that likelihood is negotiable. But it is still “likely”. Remember the adage BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. In this case the sorry will be worse than anything you’ve ever seen or imagined.
I’m not a date setter. I’m not an Antichrist namer. I’m not the type to present human interpretation as fact. Jesus simply said WATCH that the hour does not OVERTAKE YOU UNAWARE!

Abbas urges Obama to impose Mideast peace solution

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas urged the Obama administration on Saturday to impose a solution to the Middle East conflict that would give his people an independent state.
“Mr. President [Barack Obama] and members of the American administration, since you believe in this [an independent Palestinian state], it is your duty to take steps toward a solution and to impose this solution,” Abbas said in a speech.
Abbas made the remarks to members of his Fatah party in the West Bank city of Ramallah a day after talks there with Obama’s Middle East envoy. George Mitchell is in the region to try to revive peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
“We’ve asked them [the Obama administration] more than once: ‘Impose a solution,'” Abbas said.
Abbas also rejected the establishment of a Palestinian state within temporary borders, an idea he said was recently proposed for restarting peace talks.
In his speech, Abbas referred to recent proposals – apparently from Israel – for a temporary state but did not elaborate. Frankly, we will not accept the state with temporary borders, because it is being offered these days, he said.
He said the Palestinians were being asked to take a state with provisional borders on 40 or 50 percent, and after that we will see.
Abbas aide Nabil Abu Rdeneh denied that Israel officially raised the idea.
However, a Palestinian academic said Israel offered Abbas such a state on more than 50 percent of the West Bank. The academic said he served as a go-between for the two sides and spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to brief reporters.
A Palestinian state with provisional borders is part of the U.S.-backed road map peace plan as an interim step toward full independence.
Mitchell told Israel and the Palestinians on Friday that Obama wants a comprehensive peace deal to be a reality soon and not in some vague and distant future time.
Pressing both sides to end a 16-month suspension of negotiations, Obama wants “proximity talks” on a deal to start within weeks. He has said peace is a vital strategic interest of the United States as it battles Islamic militants abroad.
Abbas’ appeal to Obama came amid widespread media reports that the U.S. president was considering floating a proposal that would set the contours of a final peace deal.
Any such move would likely be opposed by Israel, which says only negotiations can secure a final settlement to the conflict.
Report: Netanyahu agrees to new gestures toward Abbas
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has agreed to release more than 1,000 Palestinian prisoners held in Israeli jails, to remove several roadblocks in the West Bank, and to ease the blockade on the Gaza Strip, as a series of gestures towards Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, the London-based Arabic Language news agency Al-Hayat reported on Saturday.
During his meeting with United States special Mideast envoy Mitchell on Friday, Netanyahu also agreed to enable the Palestinian Authority to act in Area C, which contains most Israeli settlements, in the West Bank.
However, Netanyahu refused the U.S. demand to freeze construction in East Jerusalem as well as the request to return all territories classified as Area C in the West Bank to PA control, Al-Hayat reported.
The West Bank was divided in 1995 into Areas A, B and C, in accordance with an Israeli-Palestinian interim agreement. More than 70,000 Palestinians live in Area C, which according to the Oslo Accord gives Israel full civilian and military control of the area.
Palestinian sources quoted by the London-based paper said that, despite the new gestures, Abbas rejected Netanyahu’s recent offer to establish a Palestinian state within temporary borders on over 60 percent of West Bank territories, as he believed that the offer was an attempt to drag him into sterile negotiations in order to perpetuate the PA as a temporary borders.
Israeli and American officials reportedly conveyed the offer to Abbas, while President Shimon Peres and Defense Minister Ehud Barak both attempted to convince the U.S. that this was the only way to prevent a continuous Middle East conflict, Al-Hayat reported.
Hamas Hezbollah & Isaiah 17 – Plus More News

Some think that a huge prophetic sign of the End is the complete and utter annihilation of the city of Damascus. It is prophesied in the Bible in Isaiah 17. The city is one of the oldest “continuously inhabited cities in the world”, (Wikipedia), but God says to Isaiah that there will come a time when it will “no longer be a city, but will become a heap of ruin”. It will be in a time when the nations are “raging” but “sudden terror” will come upon them because of what they have done to Israel. This is a very serious prophecy. I don’t know 100% that it is a major prophetic sign, but, if you should see Damascus hit by an Israeli nuclear weapon and completely wiped away, take heart and remember Isaiah 17!!!!
Hezbollah is Paving the Way for a New War
What awaits Lebanon and the Lebanese if the opposition wins the coming parliamentary elections? The answer came in the form of a “notification” distributed by the head of Hezbollah’s parliamentary bloc to participants in this week’s national dialogue session. In it, the party warns of all-out military maneuvers that Israel will carry out at the end of next month, or a week before the elections, with the participation of all of its agencies, institutions and weapons. In addition, the Lebanese state is supposed to join up completely with the resistance in preparing for the outbreak of a “surprise” war with the Jewish state.
The “notification,” which was mostly devoted to stressing the massive Israeli maneuvers as well as their meaning, threat, background and dimensions, was clear in its conclusions: dialogue is a mere waste of time and effort; the only defense strategy that the party accepts, and strives for, is one that it lays down, according to its own thinking, in coordination with its external allies Syria and Iran, and in line with its conception of the role of the country, its institutions, its army and its citizens. In even more clearer terms, it is a consecration of Lebanon as a sole, permanent arena of confrontation with Israel. Hezbollah affirms that it is being targeted by these maneuvers and calls for a comprehensive Lebanese response at the civil, military and political level, covering hospitals, blood banks, water, telephone, electricity, the army, the security apparatuses, the media, embassies, diplomats… because it believes it necessary to confront Israel “in a way suitable to the nature of the challenge” that it represents and “be ready for the worst.”
In this sense, Hezbollah is portending an inevitable new war with Israel, one whose timing depends on factors connected to both it and the Jewish state. The Lebanese state can take no action except to prepare for this war, since anything else would have no point.
Hamas* warns Abbas not to form new government alone
After failing to reach agreement with Hamas over the formation of a Palestinian unity government, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is planning to form a new government that would not include representatives of the Islamic movement, a PA official in Ramallah said Thursday.
In response, Hamas warned that such a move would be regarded as a “fatal blow” to Egyptian efforts to end the power struggle with Fatah.
Nabil Abu Rudaineh, a spokesman for Abbas, said that Abbas was expected to announce a new government soon. He did not give a date, but another PA official said the new government would most probably be established on the eve of Abbas’s visit to Washington, where he is expected to meet for the first time with US President Barack Obama.
“President Abbas still hasn’t begun negotiations over the formation of a new government,” Abu Rudaineh said. “But he does plan to form a government with a broad coalition in the near future.”
Hamas Army Preparing for New War*
The defacto Hamas government in Gaza is re-training its army and changing its tactics in preparation for what it believes will be another war with Israel, according to Staretegypage.com. Iran and Hizbullah are advising Hamas on how to overcome its failures against Israel in the IDFs Operation Cast Lead counterterrorist campaign earlier this year.
Hamas tactics in the war backfired. It told its fighters to dress in civilian clothes as a ploy to raise civilian casualties, but the IDF surprised it by pinpointing its attacks and warning civilians to leave areas before they were bombed.
Hamas has used the ceasefire, which Israel declared on condition that international monitors would be positioned along the Egyptian border to stop smuggling, to bring in advanced weapons through new tunnels that have been built. Two Arab smugglers or workers were killed Thursday morning in a tunnel collapse underneath the border at Rafiah.
*The Hamas army now includes anti-aircraft missiles that have been provided by Iran.* Israel Air Force planes were equipped with devices to deflect anti-aircraft missiles during Operation Cast Lead, but the newly-smuggled weapons are more advanced.
During the next war, Hamas’s army will remain in uniform and will use hit-and-run tactics instead of directly engaging Israeli troops.
Hamas has dismissed 40 commanders of its forces, which it is re-building with more discipline. It also is developing improved communications systems to protect senior leaders, many of whom were targeted by Israel.
One tactic that worked to a certain extent was the deployment of its army in schools and hospitals, which also were used as weapons depots, forcing the IDF to delay attacking unless it could be proven beyond a doubt that the facilities no longer were functioning for civilian purposes.
UN Convention on the Rights of the Child stirs debate
U.S. and Somalia lone holdouts, but opponents see a threat to parents
NEW YORK — A global children’s rights treaty, ratified by every UN member except the U.S. and Somalia, has so alarmed its American critics that some are pushing to add a parental rights amendment to the Constitution as a buffer against it.
The result is a feisty new twist to a long-running saga over the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The nearly 20-year-old treaty has ardent supporters and opponents in the U.S., and both sides agree that its chances of ratification — while still uncertain — are better under the Obama administration than at any point in the past.
Opponents of the treaty contend it would enable government officials and a Geneva-based UN committee of experts to interfere with parental authority. Its supporters view the treaty as a valuable guidepost for children’s basic rights — including education, health care and protection from abuse.
“No UN treaty will ever usurp the national sovereignty of this country,” said Meg Gardinier, chair of a national coalition backing the treaty. “Ratification would boost our credibility globally.”
Gardinier says her coalition — with scores of partners including Amnesty International and the Girl Scouts of the USA — has learned to be patient, and hopes an all-out push for ratification will be mounted by the third year of Barack Obama’s presidency.
The treaty’s opponents say they will be ready to fight back, and the proposed parental rights amendment is a key part of their strategy.
Introduced this spring by Rep. Pete Hoekstra (R-Mich.), the amendment has 80 of his fellow Republicans as co-sponsors in the House. Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.) says he plans to introduce it in the Senate.
Hoekstra acknowledges that they are far short of the needed two-thirds support in both chambers of Congress to forward the amendment to the states, but he says the dynamics could change.
Hoekstra’s brief amendment opens by declaring: “The liberty of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children is a fundamental right.”
It says federal and state government cannot infringe on that right without clear justification, and then concludes: “No treaty may be adopted nor shall any source of international law be employed to supersede, modify, interpret, or apply to the rights guaranteed by this article.”
EUROPEAN NATIONS, TURKEY IGNORE UN SANCTIONS

Israel National News reports: “Five European nations, as well as Turkey, have ignored the economic sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council in the past year, according to state-run Iranian media.
The head of the Iranian Trade Promotion Agency, Mehdi Ghazanfari, told the IRNA news agency that Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France and the United Kingdom have carried out some $15.4 billion in bilateral trade with Iran over the past year.
Ghazanfari said the European states were ‘keen on continuing bilateral economic cooperation with Iran,’ despite the U.N. sanctions.
Turkey has gone even farther, according to Bahman Hosseinpour, the Islamic Republic’s Ambassador to Ankara.
Hosseinpour told participants at a business seminar focusing on Iran-Turkey ties that trade volume between the two countries has reached a record $12 billion this year alone, according to the Fars news agency.
A delegation of 170 Iranian exporters and other business owners traveled to Ankara this week for talks aimed at expanding commercial ties between the two nations…”

If you don’t know her name it is not a surprise. If you do, are you sure you’re not a disciple of the New Age who is promoting the coming of The World Teacher Maitreya the Christ?
The false religious system that Satan personally has set up FOR THIS TIME is called New Age Spirituality.
(I really, really, really would like to you to look up “New Age” in Wikipedia just to get an idea of the vast array of influences that have come to create the modern New Age movement.)
The New Age movement can be traced back to the writings of two major female authors: H. P. Blavatsky and Alice Ann Bailey. The pivotal works that the New Age world view are based on were written by these two women.
Other important authors and leaders of the movement include: H.G. Wells, David Spangler, Marilyn Ferguson, and Benjamin Creme (just to name a tiny minuscule select few…)
If you study it in depth you begin to realize a frightening thing: They have literally infiltrated every area of power, finance, politics, religion, and influence on this entire planet and (through the direct help of their father Satan) have succeeded in their aims.
In order to finish this letter in any decent length of time, you are going to have to either take my word for it or study it yourself. The best way to study it yourself is to get a general view through “secular” sources (such as Wikipedia and your local library) and then read Constance Cumbey’s book “The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow”. I want to put forth two disclaimers before I go on:
1) Not all people involved in New Age practices believe the same things, but the “system” that they are believing in and the movement/leaders behind it all have the same principles/tenets and are from common sources (mainly Blavatsky, Bailey, and Ferguson’s writings).
2) Individual people involved in the New Age movement should not be vilified or condemned, they are deluded and need the Salvation and wisdom of Jesus the real Son of God.
The following are the basic beliefs (historical and modern) of the New Age movement:
(I am paraphrasing using my own language in no particular order – the movement has its own language that can be hard to understand until you read Mrs. Cumbey’s book.)
– Spiritual beings called “Masters,” guide New Age disciples to secret knowledge about themselves, the universe, “god”, the animal kingdom, life, death, reincarnation, and the history and future of earth.
– There is a distinct “Hierarchy” of these Masters, along with energies, forces, god, etc. It can be confusing, but I will say this there is no personal God the Father, the Son, and Holy Spirit. They deny the Trinity entirely, and instead believe in a god of unknown forces.* (*this will be significant in the Abomination of Desolation – see Daniel 11:38 KJV)
– “god” exists in all nature, matter, space, time – they believe in “monism” and “pantheism”. There are spirits of nature.
– The Hierarchy is important, however, to study (if you have the interest) because these “Masters” are spiritual beings and who embody different men and women on the earth. They have a physical presence, as well as a spiritual presence. They can communicate telepathically to the disciple or in person. They are living in cities around the globe and when the body they are inhabiting dies, they inhabit another. (Does this sound like demonic possession to you? It sure does to me…)
– Disciples must take “initiations” and gain gnostic secret knowledge in order to climb the hierarchy. These “initiations” are many times called Luciferic Initiations. They, in point of fact, worship Lucifer, the god of light, the “Lord of this World.” Although many will not admit this. It is PLAIN AS DAY in their literature and in the writings of their founders.
– The “Masters” have been around since pre-flood times and helped a race called the Atlanteans move beyond “animal human” to a higher consciousness. “Occidental” races existed (and do until today) along with these advanced Atlanteans. But another step in human evolution has to happen in order for the “human family” to continue to exist. This next step is called by many names but basically is the New World Order.
– Humans are on a millions of years journey through evolution to become a perfect consciousness of power, light, love, mind, and energy: a NEW species of human that is essentially “god-like”.
– The “Masters” are helping humanity reach this goal.
– The goals concretely, are to bring in a new era (they themselves call it a New World Order over and over again) where humans are completely united, have a world government, world economic system, global food distribution, peace and military disarmament (except for them), and a common WORLD RELIGION (theirs).
– The “person” who will bring about this great convergence, transition, initiative is called the Christ, Sanat Kumara, Maitreya, etc. The New Agers say that this “god-man” is the embodiment of Buddha, Imam Mahdi, Krishna, etc., etc. to the major world religions. He will satisfy all prophecies of religions and will be a real messiah for humanity. The only hope for it’s survival. He is also called “The World Teacher”.
– They teach that the historical Jesus was real, but he was just a man who had the “Christ Consciousness”. The “Christ Consciousness” is the same as that of high level Master Maitreya above. In fact as a “Master” Master Jesus is low on the hierarchy and Master Maitreya is highest.
– This “Sanat Kumara” is the supreme being behind the “Masters” and the movement as a whole. He is at the highest level and is considered the “Lord of the World“. He will bring in the New Age in a literal sense on the earth. He will bring about the goals of the movement. He will save the world. He will cause all religions to look to him and worship him as he embodies the “Maitreya the Christ”.
– In order to bring about this great dawning of a new humanity, however, they must do something akin to Hitler (although they won’t admit it). They must move fundamentalist religions and people out of their way. They must move substandard races of people our of their way. They use arguments that sound something like this: “These groups and races are not far enough in their Karmic evolutionary journey and must be sent to other realms to finish.” OR “there will be a “Cleansing Action” in order for humanity to survive and move forward in their evolutionary and divine journey.” They particularly target Christians, Jews, and Muslims. The Eastern religions are all right up their ally because they teach things like Nirvana and reincarnation, NOT a personal God who will act on our behalf and cares about right and wrong or who might destroy the world.
Some Distinct Characteristics of the Modern New Age Movement:
The movement has intentionally changed its language since the 1980’s when Constance Cumbey published “Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow”. They have moved to catch phrases like, New Consciousness, Global Initiatives, Planetary Peace, Sustainable Development, World Community, Global Village, and more. They are distinctly ENVIRONMENTALLY obsessed. They are obsessed by human salvation of the planet (for one because we are gods) and there is no personal god to do. They believe in the god of energies and forces. Everything is “included” or a “part of” god (as I said above monism and pantheism). So therefor the plants, animals, minerals, trees, oceans, air, everything is god and is interconnected. If we let the earth it will repair itself, but in repairing itself, it will kill off humanity. Humanity will die out and the energies must start again. They are so eco-conscious as to be rabid about it. Almost ALL the modern New Age organizations are extremely involved in any environmental programs, initiatives, agencies, and global plans. I would go so far as to say there are very few international organizations that are purely concerned about the environment from a genuine pragmatism, but the majority are wholeheartedly faithful New Agers, SPIRITUALLY.
Other modern New Age practices include hollistic medicine, biofeedback, mind over health type practices. Heal yourself from the power within, or the cosmic energy or whatever. These practices may look harmless to an outsider, like herbs, acupuncture, massage, meditation, Yoga, etc. Many of you may be involved in these practices and they may indeed “work”. But beware of the spiritual basis behind them: Eastern mysticism, esotericism, deep transcendental meditation, and downright Lucifer worship.
Automatic writing is now referred to as “journaling”. Which is exactly what I teach my ministry classes. I however teach hearing from God the Father, through the Power of the Holy Spirit, by the Person of Jesus LIVING IN YOUR heart through daily prayer. If you are not a regenerated Christian, do not journal. The voices you hear may not be divine. If you are, choose a pastoral accountability partner or an older Christian to help you discern what you are hearing.
There’s much MUCH more to the New Age spiritual movement that I want to share with you, but time does not allow in this email. The most important thing is they are going full force, they are on the literal brink of having achieved their goals. Since the 1970’s they have been openly (not secretly as before) promoting their agenda with full page news ads in major newspapers and magazines. They have practically taken over Hollywood, the media, social politics, universities, financial/business centers, and now major globalizing organizations.
They literally now have a global empire. You cannot ignore this fact when you look at what I will post later this week. There is so much more, but I have said enough.
FOR NOW…
PLEASE PRAY VIGILANTLY for the people deluded by this movement. Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ who are on the edge of apostasy by believing New Age ideas wholeheartedly (there are MANY of them, trust me, they were my professors at Piedmont College….) Pray for the world and what it is about to undergo. Pray for the martyrs. Pray for the persecuted. Pray, pray, PRAY!
And after you’ve prayed, SHARE CHRIST. For the spirit of Prophecy is the testimony of JESUS. And to deny Jesus is the Son of God in the flesh, and the Only Way to heaven is the spirit of the Antichrist.
Global “Spiritual Mobilization”

Mobilising People and Actions for War Richard Peterson (April 13, 2008) – This article is the second of a three part series which compares the legal and cultural changes being made by today’s global government to those made by the Nazis. Part I, Ghost of Nazi Past, Ghost of Nazi Present focused on cultural, media, parliamentary, and judicial manipulations while this part focuses on science, religion, religious education, and spiritual mobilization. The format of this post is as follows: texts in bold font are citations fromRichard Evans’ book The Third Reich in Power. Italicized texts that follow Evens’ citations are quotations from global governance actors along with some of my commentary.
Writing of the hostilities between the Nazis and the Catholic Church, Evans explains “…the German government repeatedly told the Vatican that its fight against Marxism and Communism demanded the unity of the German people through the ending of confessional divisions.” (pg. 241) Today, we see the identical argument being advanced by the Alliance of Civilizations, the World Commission on Global Consciousness & Spirituality, et al. In the interest of combating extremism and terrorism we are told a global code of conduct which embraces only common spiritual and political ideologies must be adopted. Contributors to this code of conduct are groups such as the World Commission on Global Consciousness & Spirituality which will “activate” the evolutionary process of global consciousness; the Alliance of Civilizations which is currently developing guidelines for how religions must interpret scripture; Religions for Peace which is advancing A Common Word, an initiative designed to undermine religious doctrines and hijack religion; etc. Orchestrated efforts to incite violence against those who refuse to set aside their doctrines—particularly against the monotheistic faiths – have intensified on multiple fronts. Evans writes “Nazism imbued the German language with the metaphors of battle: the battle for jobs, the struggle for existence, the fight for culture…The language itself began to be mobilized for war.” (pg. 214) We are in this same place today. Christians who dare voice an unpopular opinion are accused of having a violent ethos. The existence of the new civilization is threatened if the egocentric are permitted to continue with their “defective disconnection”. It is, as they say, a fight for civilization. Science
One criticism consistently launched against the adherents of the Abrahamic faiths’ is that the doctrines cannot be scientifically proven and the faithful have abandoned rational scientific inquiry. Yet many of the same critics who claim superiority have no problem advancing unproven occult doctrines such as notions of a “planetary spiritual hierarchy”; the existence of the Aryans and Atlantis; evolutionary advancement through Luciferic initiations; etc., etc.

Religion
Here the comparisons I draw are between the Third Reich’s attempts to control Christianity and the global government’s plans to control the three monotheistic faiths. The below World Commission citations that refer to the egocentric mind refer to individuals who believe their religious texts to be true and are not prepared to abandon their convictions for a new revelation. The egocentric mind also pertains to political dissenters of the globalization process.

Karen Armstrong, a apostate and former Catholic nun, is certainly aware that this is considered heresy by the Catholic church and that her words were intended to attack an entire religion. At least the Alliance of Civilizations is no longer attempting to pretend to be something they are not.
Religious Education

The campaign, “Mobilising People and Actions for Dialogue”, intends to mobilize civil society and “raise awareness” of 500 million European citizens and develop an active European citizenship which is “open to the world, respectful of cultural diversity and based upon common values”. False Prophets, Wars, Famines, Earthquakes

SIX SIGNS GIVEN BY JESUS TO INDICATE HIS COMING AND THE END OF THE AGE
In Matthew24:3 Jesus was asked, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming, and of the end of the age?” Jesus told his apostles to look for the following signs prior to his second coming and the end of the age.
1. FALSE PROPHETS AND CHRISTS
Matthew 24:5 “For many will come in my name, saying, I am Christ, and will mislead many.”
Matthew 24:11 “And many false prophets will arise, and will mislead many.”
In the last several years many have claimed to be the Messiah. Jim Jones and David Koresh are examples of these false christs as well as countless others who are not as newsworthy. These false prophets are a prelude to the ultimate false christ, the antichrist. Many New Age groups, some even NGO’s working for the United Nations, are anxiously awaiting the antichrist, preparing the way for his acceptance as the head of the hierarchy of gods and the one who will usher in world peace.
2. WARS
Matthew 24:6 “And you will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end.”
Rumors of wars in all areas of the world now occur frequently thanks to instant media coverage and the availability of a multitude of 24-hour news sources.
Matthew 24:7 “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.”
More people have been killed in warfare in this century than at any other time in history. As the death toll rises in the Middle East, more and more countries work feverishly to develop devastating weapons of mass destruction. Add to that the expanding threat of terrorism and unpredictable dictators such as Saddam Hussein, and the potential for the outbreak of war exists in nations, kingdoms and places across the globe.
3. FAMINES
Matthew 24:7 “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.”
As white, Christian farmers are driven out of Zimbabwe in increasing numbers, and foreigners move in to replace life-sustaining crops with poppies that now supply 25% of the worlds drugs, famine spreads across the African continent. The undernourished are not limited to Africa, however. A large portion of the worlds 5 billion people suffers from a shortage of food.
4. EARTHQUAKES
Matthew 24:7 “For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes.”
The number and intensity of earthquakes this century is at a level higher than any other time in history. A staggering number of seismic events occur around the world daily. The earthquake seismic monitor IRIS shows all major earthquakes for the last year. Indicated by yellow and red circles, the seismic events of the last 15 days provides strong evidence of the fulfillment of Matthew 24:7 in our day. By contrast, in the years from 1890 to 1900 there was only one major earthquake in the world.
5. TRIBULATIONS
Matthew 24:8-9 “But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs. Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations on account of my name.”
Christians are under attack throughout the world today. In the United States Christians still enjoy freedom to worship God without suffering much more than ridicule, hatred, or discrimination at work and school. However in many other countries such as China, Sudan, Africa, Saudi Arabia, Korea, Russia, and many Muslim nations, Christian suffer much greater persecution and often times death for their faith. During the tribulation this suffering will be worldwide and will continue even to the point of martyrdom. These first 5 signs will increase in intensity and severity as the tribulation approaches, much like the birth pangs or contractions of a pregnant woman worsen as the delivery time approaches.
6. THE GOSPEL WILL BE PREACHED THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come.”
This prophecy has already been fulfilled through television, radio, missionaries, the translation of the Bible into many languages, and the internet. People all over the world now hear the message of Christ from missionaries who have the means to travel the globe, and via technology that allows us to communicate with people on the other side of the world right from our own homes, churches and offices.
TWO CHARACTERISTICS OF THE END OF THE AGE FROM THE APOSTLE PAUL
1. GODLESSNESS IN THE LAST DAYS
II Timothy 3:1-5,7 “But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of god; holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
For anyone who has watched television, read a newspaper, lost a retirement to corporate greed and corruption, or just walked outside their front door, it is obvious this prophecy has been fulfilled by our generation. Our leaders are often corrupt; our cities are filled with crime, brutality, and neon signs proclaiming our sinful, godless nature. The New Age Movement brings in increasing numbers of mystics who claim to be the enlightened ones. They are some of the most educated and influential people in our societies, and yet the most lacking in real truth.
2. APOSTASY (FALLING AWAY FROM THE FAITH)
I Timothy 4:1-3 “But the spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons. By means of the hypocrisy of liars seared in their own conscience as with a branding iron, men who forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully shared in by those who believe and know the truth.”
Churches today are becoming more and more ecumenical, embracing the New Age interfaith agenda, and denying Christ as the only way to salvation. Giving in to the politically correct media and a corrupt society, they have embrace homosexuality as an acceptable alternate lifestyle and preach tolerance and compromise in place of God’s truth for the salvation of the world. The environmentalist movement within the New Age movement lures them into a worship of mother earth, belief in past lives, reincarnation, and Karma while demonizing all those who would eat the meat God gave us as nourishment for our bodies.
ELEVEN FULFILLMENTS OF BIBLE PROPHECY REQUIRED FOR THE END OF THE AGE
1. EXISTENCE OF A 200,000,000 MAN ARMY IN THE EAST
Revelation 9:16 “And the number of the armies of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them.”
An army of that size had never existed until China’s army reached that number in the 1960’s.
2. REDEVELOPMENT OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE (EUROPEAN COMMUNITY)
Daniel 2:32-33 “The head of the statue was made of fine gold, its breast and its arms of silver, its belly and its thighs of bronze, its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of clay.”
Daniel 2:40-43 “Then there will be a fourth kingdom as strong as iron; inasmuch as iron crushes and shatters all things, so like iron that breaks in pieces, it will crush and break all these in pieces. And in that you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter’s clay and partly of iron, it will be a divided kingdom; but it will have the toughness of iron, and partly of pottery, so some of the kingdom will be strong and part of it will be brittle. And in that you saw the iron mixed with clay, they will combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery.”
The fourth kingdom of iron is the Roman empire according to Daniel’s interpretation of King Nebuchadnezzar’s dream. The two legs are the division of the Roman empire into an eastern portion called the Byzantine empire which ended in the 1400’s and a western portion based in Rome which ended in the 400’s. The nations of Europe since the Roman empire dissolved have never adhered or formed one empire but continue as separate nations, however, the European Union now has 15 Member States and is preparing for the accession of 13 eastern and southern European countries.
3. RETURN OF THE ONE PURE LANGUAGE, HEBREW, TO ISRAEL
Zephaniah 3:9 “For then I will return to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord, to serve him with one consent.”
Prior to the restoration of Israel in 1948, Hebrew was a dead language. Now Hebrew is spoken throughout Israel.
4. REBUILDING OF THE TEMPLE, RESTORATION OF TEMPLE WORSHIP AND ANIMAL SACRIFICES IN JERUSALEM
For several end time prophecies to be fulfilled, the temple will have to be rebuilt.
Revelation 11:2 “Leave out the court which is outside the temple and do not measure it, for it has been given to the nations; and they will tread under foot the oly city for forty-two months.”
Daniel 9:27 “And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week, but in the middle of the week he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering; and on the wing of abominations will come one who makes desolation, even until a complete destruction, one that is decreed, is poured out on the one who makes desolate.”
Daniel 9:26 “Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary.”
Some archeologists believe that the temple mount is actually 340 feet south of the Dome of the Rock site, putting the Dome of the Rock within the Court of the Gentiles. This may be the court outside the temple that is left out.
There are many groups already working on preparations for the new temple. The blueprints are already done, the temple garments have been made, and there have already been attempts to lay the cornerstone of the temple. The only thing standing in the way of the construction of the new temple is Islam’s third holiest site, the Dome of the Rock and government support for such an undertaking. Some possible scenarios for the rebuilding of the temple are as follows:
1. The persuasion and performing of miracles by the Antichrist and False Prophet convinces the Islamic world to approve the rebuilding.
2. The United Nations will negotiate the rebuilding of the temple following a war with the armies from the North (Russia and Islamic forces). This assumes that the war with the armies from the North is not the battle of Armageddon as some feel and that this attack occurs before the rapture or tribulation period begins. The supernatural destruction of the Russian army and Islamic forces will cause an outpouring of Christian worship and zeal amongst the Jewish people who will reconstruct the temple.
3. It is determined that the site of the first two temples is actually south of the Dome of the Rock, and the court of the gentiles (Dome of the Rock) will be left out of the 3rd temple.
A group in Israel called the Temple Mount Faithful have obtained most of the clothing, instruments and other equipment required for temple worship and are actively preparing for the laying of the third temple’s cornerstone.
5. APPEARANCE OF THE RED HEIFER AFTER 2000 YEARS
Numbers 19:2-7 “This is the statute of the law which the Lord has commanded, saying, “Speak to the sons of Israel that they bring you an unblemished red heifer in which is no defect and on which a yoke has never been placed. “You shall give it to Eleazar the priest, and it shall be brought outside the camp and be slaughtered in his presence. Next Eleazar the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and sprinkle some of its blood toward the front of the tent of meeting seven times. “Then the heifer shall be burned in his sight; its hide and its flesh and its blood, with its refuse, shall be burned. “The priest shall then wash his clothes and bathe his body in water, and afterward come into the camp, but the priest shall be unclean until evening.”
A red heifer will be required to be used in the process of purification described in the book of Numbers. In May 1997 the first Red Heifer was born in 2000 years. Another red Heifer was born in Israel in March of 2002.
6. INCREASE IN KNOWLEDGE AND TRAVEL
Daniel 12:4 “But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase.”
Billy Graham was quoted as saying, “ninety percent of all the engineers and scientists who have ever lived are alive today.” Air travel, space travel, DNA research and human cloning are all examples of the rapid increase in knowledge in our generation.
7. RETURN OF THE ETHIOPIAN JEWS TO ISRAEL
Zephaniah 3:10-11 “From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia My worshipers, My dispersed ones, will bring My offerings. In that day you will feel no shame because of all your deeds by which you have rebelled against Me; For then I will remove from your midst your proud, exulting ones, and you will never again be haughty on My holy mountain.”
In 1984, Operation Moses saw the airlift of 15,000 Jews who had already fled to refugee camps in Sudan to escape starvation. In 1991, Operation Solomon flew 20,000 Jews to Israel from Ethiopia itself. A further airlift began in June of 1999, aimed at transporting the last 3,000 members of the Quara Jewish community from northeastern Ethiopia to Israel.
8. THE RISE OF RUSSIA
Ezekiel 38:2,4,8
“Son of man, set your face toward Gog of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him. I will turn you about and put hooks into your jaws, and I will bring you out, and all your army, horses and horsemen, all of them splendidly attired, a great company with buckler and shield, all of them wielding swords. After many days you will be summoned; in the latter years you will come into the land that is restored from the sword, whose inhabitants have been gathered from many nations to the mountains of Israel which had been a continual waste; but its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them.”
In order for some end time events to occur Russia will have to be a strong nation with a strong military.
9. RETURN OF RUSSIAN JEWS TO ISRAEL
Jeremiah 23:7-8 “Therefore behold, the days are coming declares the Lord, when they will no longer say, as the Lord lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt, but as the Lord lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I have driven them. Then they will live on their own soil.”
In the 1970’s and 1980’s there was a mass exodus of Russian Jews out of Communist Russia. In 1999 the Associated Press reported a dramatic increase in the number of Jewish immigrants from Russia, bringing the largest number of Russian Jews to Israel since the early 1990’s.
10. TECHNOLOGY FOR THE MARK OF THE BEAST
Revelation 13:16-17 “And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead, and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name.”
On May 10, three members of a family in Florida became the first people to receive the biochip implant. Each device, made of silicon and called a VeriChip, is a small radio transmitter about the size of a piece of rice that is injected under a person’s skin. It transmits a unique personal ID number whenever it is within a few feet of a special receiver unit. VeriChip’s maker describes it as “a miniaturized, implantable, radio frequency identification device (RFID) that can be used in a variety of security, emergency and healthcare applications.”
Is the biochip the mark of the beast to be used by the antichrist? We can’t really know. What is significant is that people are being softened to the idea of a mark or an implant as a means of maintaining security, providing medical information, and regulating a more interdependent world. As attitudes change, fears subside, and people are convinced of the need for such a mark, the true mark of the beast will be easily introduced to the world by the antichrist.
11. PLANS FOR THE ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT
The United Nations, World Trade Organization, International Criminal Court, UN peacekeeping/police force, numerous UN NGO’s, and other agencies are preliminary steps to the formation of a one world government. We now have the communications technology, transportation, and the pro-globalization media necessary to usher in the one world government headed by the antichrist. The increasing terrorist threat and the middle east conflict will only speed up the formation of this governing body as fear and promises of better security make more people willing to give up their national sovereignty for global governance.
12. INSTANT COMMUNICATION AROUND THE WORLD
Revelation 11:3, 7-10 “And I will grant authority to my two witnesses, and they will prophecy for twelve hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth. When they have finished their testimony, the beast that comes up out of the abyss will make war with them, and overcome them and kill them. And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which mystically is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. Those from the peoples and tribes and tongues and nations will look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not permit their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them and celebrate; and they will send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth.”
Television and the 24-hour news networks make it possible for people around the world to see the dead prophets and rejoice at their deaths.
Luke 21:28 “But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
Luke 21:32 “Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all things take place.”

Apocalypto

So we just recently watched a very mesmerizing, violent, bloody, heart-wrenching film called Apocalypto. It was very interesting. This post is not about that film. It is about the fact that the world is ending. Yes I would not be so blunt, except that it is very urgent. Very urgent is an understatement actually. No matter how stupid, psychotic, or deranged I may sound this one fact is true: Jesus is returning to Earth, in Person, and He is coming back VERY soon. How do I know this? I talk to Him on a daily basis. He loves me and He talks back. You can discount scientific theories with new facts, so why not philosophical ones. If your current spiritual theory is not working for you, or if you are having trouble finding meaning in “life the universe and everything” then consider this, Jesus is the only proponent for absolute love, absolute truth, and absolute immortality. Everything else is bunk. Trust me. So keep reading for more about His imminent appearing.
The Bible (a VERY old book, written by numerous authors, that tells the same story about God in absolute accuracy from generation to generation) tells us when Jesus would be born, how he would be born, how he would die, and what would happen concerning that death in exact detail. So I believe that it is accurate concerning His Second Coming.
Don’t concern yourselves with the exact chronology of events, the dates, the exact countries, and the exact interpretation of every prophetic symbol. Just concern yourself with what God wants you to know. I will paraphrase:
“I will come back. Every eye will see me. Humanity will grow increasingly evil before I return. I will come quickly. I will come back to judge the earth, make an end of evil, and bring in a new era of beauty, joy, and peace.”
